From September 2022, I am organizing aanalytical art-therapy workshop, in groups, at the Diocesan House of Angoulême . As indicated on the home page of its site, "the Diocesan House of Angoulême is open to all and welcomes diocesan services and movements, but also non-confessional groups, for meetings, seminars or internships" . For my part, I welcome any form of spirituality insofar as it is turned towards thecreativity (I'opening ), I'hope and lives in therespect for oneself and for others . My objective is to constitute a homogeneous group, which, by meeting once a month, constitutesa relational resource regular for each. It is open to any adult person who feels the need to explore their inner universe, their imagination, in order to gain greater self-knowledge and take their place in their life. Being in a group is a powerful tool forstimulate the creativity of each member , which is why it is important to be able tocommit to respecting others, in their beliefs, their difficulties, their ways of expressing themselves... In return, you will be guaranteednot to be judged, ofto be welcomed in your uniqueness and ofbeing able to express what is most important to you , at that moment in your life. For my part,I am the guarantor of this space of freedom, where the confidentiality of the comments made in the workshop is an essential rule. It is thanks to thismutual trust that you will discover real nuggets favoring yourinterior transformation . I insist thatit is neither a place of training, nor of artistic learning, but of creation in the primary sense of the term. I support everyone, I suggest certain leads, the most suited to what is expressed in a group, but I have no miracle recipes. I invite you to readThis article to learn more about my practice. In a nutshell, it is based onpsychoanalytical bases which deal in particular with the question of the link (to oneself, to the other, the knotting of bonds of attachment...), but alsopsychogenealogy, high sensitivity, the world of tales , the use of easy-to-use creative tools such aspainting, pastels, collage, writing, felt-tip pens, clay... , without forgettingthe words that we will exchange between two times of creation. For me, group art therapy workshops arethe joy of reuniting for this afternoonshare , THEsmile that lights up faces after thistime to return to oneself , let everyone go homesoothed, relieved , with the feeling of arediscovered lightness, to live fully all those little everyday moments that makethe good life ! ​ The workshop takes place 1 Monday each month, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. It welcomes 6 participants maximum. The price is 45€, material included, or 15€ per hour. It takes place in the Saint Cybard room, located at The Diocesan House of Angoulême 226, route de Bordeaux – 16021 Angoulême cedex There is a large parking lot to the right of the entrance. Il y a une progression très cohérente et intégrative pendant trois jours où elle met tous les outils et médiums à disposition. Analytical art therapy Over the course of a lifetime, thinking about oneself sometimes becomes unavoidable. ​ To overcome difficulties and open new paths, language, expressed in words or images (symbols) is a strength. ​ Within the confidentiality of the analytical framework, your truth can be expressed freely and without judgment. ​ Relieving the weight of past suffering, taking a break, stepping back, allowing yourself to be in tune with yourself lead to progressive and lasting changes. I engage with you on this path of return to oneself, in a non-elitist and non-dogmatic practice. The consultations are adapted to your rhythm and your budget. Lasting from 1h15 to 2h, they allow you to have time to arrive and be welcomed, to be able to submit and elaborate what is waiting to be expressed and to close the session without haste for resume your daily life. "Creativity" is not for artistic purposes here. It designates what mobilizes our creative resources to deal with complicated situations. Rédaction d’un mémoire « Une trace pour se dire au-delà des mots ». ​Stages : Maison d’Accueil Spécialisée. Adultes polyhandicapés. CMPP. Enfants en difficultés scolaires et familiales.​ ​ Orientation théorique lacanienne, et apports d'auteurs comme René Roussillon (Ecole de Lyon), D. W. Winnicott, D. Anzieu, R. Spitz, notamment. Cette formation, grâce à la supervision mensuelle de Franck Minacori, psychologue clinicien à PROFAC m'ont permis d'élaborer et de structurer ma future pratique. Stage en autonomie dans chacune des structures. 1994-1997 : DIPLÔME D'ÉTAT D' ÉDUCATRICE SPÉCIALISÉE 3 merveilleuses années d'apprentissage de ce beau et fragile métier d’Éducatrice spécialisée, à l'Unité de Formation des Travailleurs Sociaux (UFTS). Perchée sur les hauteurs de Vic-le-Comte, en Auvergne ( 63), cette école sera engloutie quelques années plus tard par un Institut Régional du Travail Social. C'est un peu comme si une plantation d'arbres, à but industriel et commercial, tous calibrés au même format, était venue remplacer une forêt ancestrale abritant une foisonnante biodiversité et une Histoire sur laquelle poser ses pas pour cheminer. Cette école fut ma 2è éducation après mon environnement familial. Celle où il a été possible de questionner bon nombre de représentations, de passer par bon nombre de remises en question, de structurer sa pensée avec la rigueur des concepts psychanalytiques et l'accueil de tout cela par des formateurs, engagés dans l'éthique du Sujet, aguerris au champ de la pensée vivante. Dès le 1er jour, le ton était donné : "Nous ne vous dirons pas quoi penser, mais nous vous donnerons des outils pour le faire". Après des années d'éducation nationale, à 20 ans, j'allais apprendre à respirer et commencer à organiser tout mon foisonnement d'idées. ​ Grâce à cet enseignement, j'ai toujours trouvé de quoi penser et panser ma pratique, notamment dans les moments les plus hostiles. Analytical art therapy course "Creations in Nature", in Paussac and Saint Vivien I suggest you4 days of Inspiration and Creation in the heart of Nature . Analytical art therapy workshops take place on morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In the heart of sites steeped in history & ancestral forests, we will create in the shade of a very old chestnut tree, under a verdant and refreshing vault, listening to stone constructions testifying to a near and distant past. The sites are accessible on foot but also by car. In the afternoons, you will have plenty of time to discover the beauties that make up the charm of this part of the Dordogne, and to take advantage of places to swim in the river, laze on the terrace, take a nap... ​ This course is a gentle and authentic way to recharge your batteries, catch your creative breath and reconnect with the sensory perceptions of your body. Mediators: inks, gouache, collage, writing, clay... Time for group discussion alternates with creative time. The creative material will be brought on site and does not require any prior knowledge. ​ Rate : 200€ ​ Individual interviews on request are possible every afternoon or evening.
