Values & Commitments

The training courses are aimed at professionals in the social, health, art, crafts, animation..., who have experience in the relational field and who practice an activity related to creation with an audience of individuals or people in difficulty.

Purposes

Train responsible and autonomous professionals in what supports their practice with a creative or therapeutic mediation group.

This training does not aim to train therapists or art therapists, but to transmit to professionals wishing to understand how to accompany a group with creative and/or therapeutic mediation, reliable theoretical benchmarks supported by the experience of group workshops of training.

The training group is considered above all as a place of experimentation and development of knowledge intended to support professional practice, based on exchanges and theoretical contributions that create knowledge that can be assimilated by all.

Everyone is the bearer of their personal wealth and weaknesses, knowledge specific to the objects of mediation that they offer and for which people turn to them. But also, a capacity for reflection and daydreaming sufficient to gradually define its positioning in a work environment and its style in practice.

The training will focus more on the "container" (how to keep a good countenance, offer a free and safe space in a group) rather than the content (no interpretations), as well as the use that the subject/participant or group makes of the object of mediation in order to help him develop his creative potential (creativity in the Winnicottian sense of the term).

Goals

Use the tools provided in training with a view to relational practice, conducted and thought out with a non-adaptive and re-educational objective.

The practice of the workshops is situated in a social reality, a legislative framework, vis-à-vis a social order whose rules the professional does not ignore, to which he will refer to formulate and think his framework of intervention.

In the workshop, considered as a transitional space of experience, the professional must be able to offer a quality welcome, a framework that is both containing and limiting.

It will attach importance to the formulation of the framework of a structured playground in its proposals as well as in time and space, so that the participants evolve free and secure in a place that guarantees their integrity. psychic and physical.

Consider the object of creation or mediation as a relational support aimed at bringing out the subjectivity of the subject, and not dominating the subject.

In our practice, we will be guided more by the use that the subject and the group make of the object of mediation, as a psychic and relational support, a metaphor for the relationship in the making, than by the search for significance of the object itself, this one being considered as a symbol which takes its place in the history of the subject.

Identify the different demands that are addressed to us from our own experience of commitment in the formation group, supported by the analytical method.

The training group is a space to think about one's practice, to be able to bear witness to it, to talk about it, to ask questions in order to return to the questions inherent in a relational practice in its peaceful professional setting.

The error, the doubt expressed in the group are beneficial as much for the practitioner as for the participants of the workshop he leads.

Become familiar with key concepts, often difficult to access and ensure that the ascent of this steep path is not an obstacle, but is motivated by the desire to learn, the need we have and the pleasure what we take there.

Nobody knows everything and there is no absolute truth. There is a path that is taken because it is vital, necessary. On this path there are encounters with parts of oneself hitherto untapped or unknown, authors, books, daydreams that make possible, limits that mark a humanizing reality.

Find/create your own practice, develop your own style to lead creative mediation workshops or in a therapeutic setting, based on theoretical supports and a lively and rejuvenating group experience.

Understand/Think about your practice using theoretical supports and lived experiences for yourself and with the other participants in the group.

Means

Regularly updated knowledge and information in the field of art therapy and mediation workshops.

  • Personalized work and the achievement of professional goals.

  • A group dynamic where everyone can take part.

  • A professional mix that promotes openness to another professional culture and avoids “between oneself”.
